Scope of Services

Specific staffing numbers, schedules, and responsibilities will be set forth in the Event Summary/Staffing Sheet, which is incorporated into this Agreement.
Payment Terms

Deposit

Accepted Payment Methods

- Zelle / ACH (as specified on invoice)

Failure to submit payment on time may result in service cancellation or reduction.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate event details and timelines
- Ensure venue access at agreed-upon times
- Inform Here2Serve of any venue rules, restrictions, or union requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment for Here2Serve staff
Here2Serve is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.
Staffing & Scheduling
- Staffing levels are based on the information provided by the Client.
- Any changes to staffing must be requested no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Additional staffing requested after this deadline is subject to availability and additional fees.
Event Day Authority
Here2Serve will assign an Onsite Manager who has the authority to:
- Direct Here2Serve staff
- Coordinate with the venue and vendors
- Make reasonable operational decisions to ensure event success

The Client agrees to respect the chain of command during the event.
Overtime & Extended Hours
- Services exceeding the agreed time will incur additional charges.
- Overtime rates will be billed in 30-minute increments unless otherwise stated.
- Approval from the Client or Client’s representative is required before extending service hours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellation
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to billing for up to 100% of the remaining balance.

Rescheduling
- Events may be rescheduled once within 90 days, subject to availability.
- Deposits may be applied to the rescheduled date.

Limitation of Liability
Here2Serve is not responsible for:
- Acts of third-party vendors
- Venue issues or restrictions
- Weather-related disruptions
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
- Acts of third-party vendors
Liability is limited to the amount paid under this Agreement.
Force Majeure
Here2Serve shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, emergencies, or natural disasters.
Media & Marketing (Optional)
Client grants Here2Serve permission to use event photos or videos for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in writing

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, staff details, and private client matters.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
